I'm so glad you're here! My name is Elli. I created this space to support others on their path to healing, wholeness, and balance. My work is rooted in both lived experience and dedicated study, allowing me to approach wellness with compassion, depth, and authenticity.
I am a teacher, healer, and seeker who’s passionate about helping others find balance and joy in their day to day lives. I believe healing is about more than just the body—it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit in everyday life. My journey with yoga, meditation, Reiki, and Buddhist philosophy is a big part of who I am, as are the little things that make life fun and meaningful.
My own journey with chronic illness and mental health challenges has shaped who I am, and how I practice. Living with conditions such as celiac disease, endometriosis, complex PTSD, POTS, hEDS, MCAS, panic disorder, and PMDD has taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of holistic care. I understand firsthand the ups and downs of managing health, and I bring that awareness into every session.
Alongside my personal experiences, I’ve spent over a decade exploring philosophy and global religious traditions, earning a Master’s degree with a focus on early Buddhist and Greek perspectives on how to live well. Practices like yoga, meditation, and Reiki became essential parts of my own healing, and I went on to become certified in each so I could share their benefits with others.
When I’m not teaching or supporting clients, you can usually find me enjoying the simple things in life: I like to spend time with my husband, friends, and my three feisty kitties. I love traveling the globe, discovering new cultures, and unwinding with a good scotch in hand. Live music, deep conversations about the meaning of life and death, and connecting with animals all bring me a sense of grounding and inspiration.
To me, wellness isn’t just about healing—it’s about living fully, laughing often, and finding connection in both the everyday and the extraordinary. Here at ESP Health and Wellness, my goal is to create a supportive, nurturing environment where you feel seen, understood, and empowered in your healing journey.
